Our first livestreamed estate sales will start in NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Local estate sale professionals will host house tours and real-time auctions on Whatnot and TikTok Live, connecting tri-state estates with buyers across the country.

For families and estate professionals, the goal is a wider audience and a practical path to clearing a home. For collectors, vintage resellers, antique dealers, and designers, it is a chance to discover distinctive pieces right where their stories began.

Honest from the start

We are preparing our pilot sales. More bidders may improve results, but higher prices are not guaranteed. Our standard model is a 15% commission on sold items, with separate buyer shipping and pickup coordination fees. An optional clear-out plan for unsold items is scoped and priced before the sale.

Local expertise, bigger reach

We welcome independent estate sale companies, senior move managers, estate attorneys, and real estate agents interested in the tri-state launch. Host partnerships use a revenue-share model, with terms discussed individually.
